Please signup for volunteering or for ride-sharing use these forms (volunteering & ride-sharing is open to anyone!):

Signup is now closed. Please see us at the Kitchen Tent.

Volunteering at the fair is a lot of fun and you'll help benefit Slow Food UW-Madison. For each hour you volunteer, Organic Valley will donate $7 to Slow Food UW.
Additionally you get:
  • Free entry to the fair
  • Free Kickapoo Country Fair t-shirt
  • Free local/sustainable food from fair vendors
  • You can camp with us at the park next to the fair (all other spots are sold out)
  • Spend time relaxing and having fun in the beautiful Kickapoo Valley
  • And more!
The Kickapoo Country Fair is a fantastic opportunity to hang out, listen to music, go on farm tours, attend workshops, and connect with others who are into local food and sustainability. We really love going each year! Additional general info on volunteering: Kickapoo Country Fair Volunteering (Organic Valley)
